I went to Medicus with a very painful ingrown toenail after going back and forth with my GP for recurring infections. I was really anxious before the appointment, expecting it to be painful, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. The treatment involved very little pain, and everything was explained to me so clearly. I also got great advice about footwear and how to properly care for my feet, which I hadn’t been told before. I had a nail brace fitted, and the results have been amazing. I’m now completely pain-free, my nail is growing back healthily without any complications, and I feel confident I know how to prevent this from happening again.
